Cancellation by Us
We, at Maviriks, make all possible efforts to deliver all the orders placed in our portal. However, please note that we may not be able to process certain orders and cancel due to many reasons including
- Required quantities may not be available at that point of time
- Inaccuracies and/or errors in product size, pricing etc.,
- Inaccuracy in payment received or payment being processed
- Problems identified by our credit / fraudulence control department
- Government regulations or ban on certain products imposed by regulatory authorities from time to time
- Or for any other unforeseen problems / reasons that are beyond our control
Our customer service team will communicate to you if all or portion of your order is cancelled giving valid reasons, whatsoever. If your order is cancelled at our end after receiving your payment through credit card / debit card / net banking / wallet or other modes, the said amount will be reversed back to your account through the same mode or any other mode that you wish within 7 working days.

As we understand that circumstances may change from time to time, please note that your order will not be able to be canceled. It is not possible for you to cancel the order once it has been placed due to the fact that we work on a print on demand basis.

Return & Exchange policy
As for our products of clothing, we cannot accept any returns or exchange in general. We have a special way of operations in delivering quality products to our customers, which include thorough check of the products at our warehouse in case of other vendor supply before shipping it to customers from our end. Hence, our processing time is usually bit longer for other vendor categories. We humbly request your patience for the waiting period which lasts upto maximum 15 days for delivery for a few categories. This is purely for the benefit of our customers. We request customers to make appropriate enquiries with regard to size before making a purchase. But those goods that are damaged during transit will qualify for replacement.
- Refund / Replacement is applicable only if the customer establishes that the quality of the product received is damaged, or if the condition of the package is damaged well before the receipt of the package.
- You can establish your claims/complaints in the sense of wrong product, size issue etc., by mail communication.
- In case, you feel the package isn’t in correct shape while receiving at your place, pls make a video upon receipt of the package before opening itself to show the damage of the parcel.
- There may be slight difference in few products shown in website in terms of colour and shade which is naturally due to the photographic effects and its purely because of the lightings and the equipment used. We have no control in this though we are always matching the content with the actual product.
- In case, if you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your ordered specifications, you must bring it to the notice of the customer care within 24 hours of receiving the product. Our customer care team will look into your complaint and will make a decision based on the nature of your decision. The decision will be communicated within 24 hours of receiving your complaint.
- To be eligible for a complaint registration for returns and replacement, the item purchased must be in the same condition that you received it with the tags and original packaging without any damage. It must be unworn/unused with the tags intact. Pls confirm your purchase information with payment screenshot for the product. To register your complaint, pls write to us: support@maviriks.in
Refund for Undelivered/Returned orders
While we make all attempts to deliver your orders through our courier partners, we find that they get returned back to us for one or more of the following reasons:
- Inaccurate or wrong delivery address
- Incorrect or wrong pincode number
- Wrong Name (a different name is given, other than the customer who buys it online)
- Customer is not available at the address continuously for more than 3 days (despite repeated attempts by the courier partners to deliver the goods)
- Customer Mobile number is not reachable for several hours continuously while attempting to deliver
- Extension Number/Employee Number is not mentioned for an Office delivery address
- Unable to deliver due to natural calamities / disasters / riots etc.,
- Location remains unreachable due to floods / rain or other natural or man-made reasons
- Customer refusing to accept the goods at the receiving point
For any of the reasons mentioned above or for any other reasons not mentioned above, if your package returns back to us, please note that we will be making the following deductions before making a refund to your account
- To and fro Courier charges
- CC avenue payment gateway charges (Varies from 1 -3% depending on the payment instrument used for making the purchase)
The refund will be credited to your account within 7 working days from the date of receiving the retuned package.

OUR DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery delays can happen due to customer unavailability or discrepancies in billing address or failures in providing contact number/correct contact number for delivery. (The courier may or may not contact you before coming – that is something we have no control over).
Delivery to certain areas like North Eastern states, J&K, remote villages, certain locations in Hill region etc. may have a longer delivery period due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions, security reasons etc.
Forlocations / regions dealing with law-and-order situations, curfew, delivery of courier might get temporarily affected.
Please note: Currently, we do NOT deliver outside India. However, for exports orders please send a mail with your requirement tosupport@maviriks.in
Shipping Policy
We charge a flat rate of Rs. 100/- as shipping charges for all orders. This includes our charges for good quality packing material and for courier and handling charges to ensure your special purchase reaches you in top condition.
Please note that, shipping charges vary with destination and quantity. However, the total shipping charges for your order will be displayed in our portal before you make the payment.
If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders. In instances where customer places multiple orders within a day or two, we might combine orders and ship them together for operational convenience.
Tracking
As we cannot give you a fixed time / date of delivery of your order, we shall be sending the tracking URL of the courier partner so that you can track the delivery yourself also and coordinate with your local courier office for exact delivery time for your availability to receive the goods.
